Financial Management

Financial Management (FM)

There are three questions in the FM exam: Financing, Hedging and either an Investment Appraisal or Business Valuation question. Our FM tuition breaks the syllabus down into these examinable areas and then subdivides each area based on the topics which are most frequently examined. For each topic, our classes explain the key technical points in a simplified way before demonstrating how to answer each type of exam question on the topic. This helps you break the exam down into manageable chunks and learn the optimal exam technique for each type of exam question. The learning strategies and exam techniques you will be taught are those which enabled Kieran and several of our students to win prizes from ICAEW.

I decided to give the FM course a try after reading a lot of positive comments on ACA Masters and how straightforward the free video on Bonds was. Things turned out as expected. The results came out wonderful. I have scored the highest amongst all Vietnamese students taking the FM exam between Sep 2020 and Sep 2021. Highly recommended ACA Masters and I will absolutely go for Kieran's courses again for my future exams.

FM VIDEO COURSE

(2023)

To get you through your FM exam with top marks, we have our video course available. Each class focuses on a frequently examined topic and explains the key technical concepts in a simplified way before demonstrating the optimal exam technique by working through recent past exam questions in full. Your tutor will teach you the most efficient way to read, interpret and analyse the exam paper and most importantly, the specific technique you should use when typing your answer.

Having understood the technical content and exactly how you should be approaching a particular type of FM exam question, you can then go and attempt similar past exam questions to put these prize-winning exam technique skills to the test and watch your marks drastically improve - hopefully you will join our growing list of prize winners! Our FM Master Plan (see below) categorises all the past exam questions by topic to make it easy for you to practice similar questions after each class. This enables you to conquer FM by mastering one area at a time.

The course is structured so that it covers each examinable area and each type of FM exam question. The course also includes revision classes from Certificate Level Management Information for those who need a refresher on the brought forward content.
