Where can I find information for each exam/subject/module?
Each exam has its own page (e.g. ARR, TCP, Case Study) where you can find full details of what we offer, including price, content and a sample.
How are your materials delivered?
Our materials are digital PDF documents. After purchase, you are sent a link by email to download the document.
Why are the materials delivered by email?
This is the fastest and most cost-effective way to provide the materials, which means students can receive them quickly and at an affordable price.
I did not received my materials. Where are they?
Please ensure that you have checked your junk folder. If you have used an RSM email account then RSM's internal security may have blocked our email.
Are your PDF materials included in the video course?
No. Our materials and video courses are sold separately.
Can I purchase only part of your materials?
No. Our materials are sold as a complete package. It is not possible to purchase a single part e.g. just the Master Plan.
If I purchased PDF materials, can you send me the latest version for free?
Whilst we cannot send you the latest version, if there have been any significant changes then it will be possible to purchase just the updated content at a greatly reduced price. Details will be available on the 'materials update' page from December 2026.
If I purchased materials based on the CR/Case Study advance information, can you send me the latest version for free?
No. Each AI is unique so the materials must be created from scratch for each exam sitting. The AI-based materials require a substantial amount of time to be spent for each exam sitting. Therefore, we do not offer to send subsequent versions of the AI-based PDF materials free of charge.
Can I print the PDF materials?
For Certificate and Professional Level exams, printing is not permitted. The materials are designed to be used digitally, similar to the ICAEW materials and the exam software. Printing restrictions also help protect our copyrighted materials from illegal sharing.
For Advanced Level exams, printing is permitted because these exams are open book and the materials are designed to be used in the exam.
Can I share the materials with somebody else?
No. Please be reminded that the materials are for your sole use. Our materials are protected by copyright law and no sharing, copying, editing or reproduction is permitted.
Your materials will have unique identifiers and can be traced. All breaches of copyright will be reported to ICAEW and could potentially result in expulsion.
Can I edit or annotate the PDF materials?
The documents are PDFs and are designed to be used in Adobe. Some non-Adobe apps, such as GoodNotes, may not fully support the protected PDF format.
Can I add your materials to my ICAEW Bookshelf?
No. As far as we are aware, only ICAEW materials can be accessed via the ICAEW bookshelf.
I cannot open the document in GoodNotes. What should I do?
Our PDF materials are designed to be used in Adobe. If you experience issues in a non-Adobe app, please try opening the document in Adobe instead.
