FOUNDER'S CLUB
A legacy of support for ski racing in Canada.

A growing number of business leaders are paving the way for Canada's alpine ski racers to reach for the top of the podium, leaving a unique legacy of support as our athletes strive to be the best in the world.

The Founder's Club is committed to raising at least $750,000 over a three year period for Alpine Canada Alpin.

"The Founder's Club is a group of business people from across Canada who are really keen to support Canada's alpine skiers," said Founders Club Chairman Justin Fogarty.

Founder's Club members each contribute at least $20,000 to the ACA Foundation, a trust fund dedicated to providing funding for specific projects.

ALPINE CANADA ALPIN PODIUM CLUB

For the past decade, the ACA Podium Club has been an important step for young Canadian ski racers from coast to coast. Founded in 1995, nearly every member of the Canadian Alpine Ski Team was supported by this initiative. Funds from the Podium Club are targeted to support further development of the Canadian Alpine Ski Team. Husky supports your local club by rebating 2% of the retail purchase at Husky and Mohawk gas stations, convenience stores, and restaurants. Funds can be used in any way your club or province sees fit.

Sharp was head coach of the Canadian women's technical team in 2003 where he coached Allison Forsyth to bronze in Giant Slalom at the FIS World Ski Championships in St. Moritz, SUI. He is currently  the National Development Director for ACA and is responsible for creating programs for Canada's elite young ski racers.

Sharp has painted for much of his life, with works showing at art galleries in Calgary, Invermere and other locations across Canada.
