ACA MASTERS – REGISTRATION – 2009-2010 SEASON

Following are the registration forms for the 2009-2010 season which are to be completed as follows:

NATIONAL CARD
Complete the registration form and check off the Masters/Maitres box only. This will insure that your name appears on the National points list. If you already have a National card number, then fill in the space below with your number. If you do not have a National number, then fill in the space with the word “requested”.

MASTERS FIS CARD
Complete the registration form and check off the Masters/Maitres box only. This will insure that your name appears on the National and FIS points lists. If you already have a FIS card number, then fill in the space below with your number. If you do not have a FIS number, then fill in the space below with the word “requested”. You must also complete the FIS declaration form and the medical form.

REGIONAL CARD
This card is available only for one weekend event in your province of residence. You may purchase this card upon entering the specific event as stipulated in the appropriate race notice. Please note that a Regional card may not be used for entering either the Quebc or Ontario Championships  and/or the National Championships.

RECREATIONAL
Racers may participate in one weekend event in their province of residence with a Regional card with the exception of the Canadian Masters National Championships, the Ontario Championships or FIS Masters events. Racers will not be listed on the National data base and points list but will receive WC points.

REGISTERING
The issuance of National and FIS numbers and the appropriate fees are administered by your Provincial Sports Organization [PSO]. You may send the completed form[s] directly to your PSO for registration. It is advisable to complete your registration early in the season in order to avoid delays during the winter.
